Our Mission…

To unlock the potential of women to start and lead tech companies for the benefit of our economy, society and world . We build tech competence. We advocate for entrepreneur equality and system change. We are data driven and ask questions and look for answers. We connect impact focused women tech founders in our network with peers, champions, supporters and allies.

TechFoundHer Bootcamp is Back

We’re going deeper. We’re dreaming big and we’re inviting you to join us in raising the roof of City Hall on Tuesday 16th April from 10am to 3.30pm.

Our flagship all day event brings together trail blazing women, tech founders from across the island of Ireland and further afield alongside ‘would be’ and early stage founders.

It is a high energy mix of lightning talks, demos, insights on tech trends, and practical tips on how to harness the latest tech for product innovations. We believe you don’t have to be a coder to innovate with tech – let’s learn from and inspire each other.

Themes for 2024

  • Meet the AI Revolutionaries: The women leading the way and harnessing the power of AI to create a new and better world.
  • Building Moon Shots: Spotlighting the women who are trailblazers who are aiming high and confronting the limitations put on women in tech, by ourselves and others.
  • Decoding the Coder: Attendees will learn practical ’how-to’ takeaways on unlocking the potential of tech for product innovation and tackling gender bias in the industry.
